Our Founder
Led by Lisa Bolden, an alumnus of The Wharton School of Business (MBA Degree) and Spelman College (BS Degree), our company leverages her over 25 years of experience in finance and development to deliver projects that make a difference. Lisa’s background in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Banc One Capital Corporation, and her tenure as an executive at the national office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, fuel our innovative approach to building affordable housing.
